Your free 12 Month RTB Warranty commences upon the confirmation of your order. All of our items, unless mentioned in the listing, are covered by 12 months RTB (Return to Base) warranty.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be received in their original packaging.

If in the unlikely event your item is faulty and you report the fault within the first 30 days, we will arrange to have your item collected at our expense.

If the fault is reported after 30 days, you will be covered by your Return to Base warranty and the customer is responsible for returning the item to us for repair.

We will either repair the item and return it to you or replace it with a like product, whichever is applicable.

Your laptop's battery should arrive with at least 80% of its health from new. However, if you find your battery to be faulty within the first 30 days, we will repair or replace the battery.

After 30 days please follow the warranty process as above.

Please note that batteries are classed as a consumable and a perishable item and may not be covered under our hardware warranty for naturally degrading over time.

Procedure for Filing a Claim

Should you encounter any problems with a device you've acquired from us, kindly reach out to us immediately and we will walk you through the necessary steps.

If we are unable to find a resolution through the instructions given during the phone call, we will provide you with details on how to return your device back to us.
