Terms and conditions

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur, Gigarefurb cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake, you will be contacted via email or telephone to explain the problem with your order and supplied with a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon the supply of goods.

Order Dispatch

We will dispatch your product on the same business day of your order for orders placed before 10 AM. For orders placed after 10 AM, we will dispatch it on the next working day. Our business days are Monday to Friday. However, this may change if the demand on our warehouse is too high. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM and on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched by the following Tuesday at the latest. Units with software/hardware upgrades or downgrade may require an extra day before dispatch. International orders are generally received in less than 5 days, but please confirm shipping costs before purchasing the item.

Delivery Process

We use DPD to deliver your goods. Once you order, you will receive your tracking details in an email. If you provide your mobile number, you will receive an SMS from DPD with a 60-minute delivery time slot on the morning of your delivery.
