- A: Yes, our refurbished IT equipment is highly reliable. Each item goes through a 21-point testing regimen, ensuring both cosmetic and operational quality. We stand by the reliability of our products with warranties provided for customer confidence.
3. Q: What grading system do you use for refurbished items?
- A: We employ a grading system to transparently communicate the condition of our refurbished items. Grades range from "Grade New" (virtually indistinguishable from new) to "Grade 3" (commendable quality with more noticeable signs of use).
4. Q: What warranty is provided with your products?
- A: Unless specified otherwise, all our products come with a 12-month Return To Base (RTB) warranty. This means you can return the item to us for repair or replacement in case of hardware issues.
5. Q: How quickly do you dispatch orders?
- A: Orders placed before 10 AM are dispatched on the same business day. For orders after 10 AM, dispatch occurs on the next working day. International orders generally arrive within 5 days.
6. Q: What courier service do you use for deliveries?
- A: We use DPD for our deliveries. You'll receive tracking details via email, and if you provide your mobile number, you'll get an SMS with a 60-minute delivery time slot on the morning of delivery.
