Returning an Item
Returning an item is a straightforward process designed to ensure your satisfaction. Here's a step-by-step guide for your convenience:
1. Requesting an RMA Number: Log in to your account and create a support ticket to initiate the return process. Upon approval, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This unique identifier is crucial for tracking your return and ensuring a smooth process.
2. Providing Fault Information: When logging your support ticket, please provide comprehensive details regarding the fault. This information helps us expedite the process and offer you the best possible assistance. We will provide you with the RMA number and the return address once your support ticket is processed.
3. Return to Base Warranty: Unless otherwise stated, all our refurbished products come with a 1-year Return to Base (RTB) warranty, covering hardware-related issues.
4. RTB Warranty Details: The RTB warranty means that if your item becomes faulty within the specified timeline, you can return it to us at your cost. We will repair or replace the item and cover the return shipping costs. Please note that this warranty exclusively covers hardware-related issues and does not include software-related problems, accidental damage, faults caused by changing hardware, or battery issues.
5. 14-Day Return Policy: If you change your mind within the first 14 days of purchase, you can return the item at your cost, and we will refund the full amount minus postage. The item must be returned in its original packaging and the condition received.
6. 14-Day Hardware Issue Resolution: In the unlikely event of a hardware-related issue within the first 14 days, we will collect the item at our expense, providing repair, replacement, or a refund.
7. After 14 Days: After 14 days, customers are responsible for returning the item. Refunds are not accepted, and we will only repair or replace items under the 1-year RTB warranty.
8. Battery Expectations: Laptop batteries are expected to last a minimum of 1 hour upon receipt. Batteries are considered consumables and naturally degrade over time. Battery issues are not covered by the 1-year RTB warranty. If you experience a battery issue within 14 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement battery upon notification.
